This project has been a labour of love. Targeting middle grade readers, 8-12 year olds, I spent the last year digging into history to find these amazing true stories of East Asian heroes, many of which you've likely never heard before.

I wanted the writing to be as vibrant as my illustrations—clear, engaging, and focused on the humanity of these heroes. These aren't dry history lessons; they are inspiring true stories of courage, innovation, and resilience.
